This sacred space has taken many shapes over the years — from hairdressing to energy healing, from readings and massage, to workshops, ceremonies, and holistic coaching. The tools have evolved, but the mission has never changed:
To guide women home to themselves.
To truth.

To soul.

Each chapter of my journey has been divinely guided — and deeply human. I’ve walked through childhood trauma, chronic illness, anxiety, and burnout from living a life that didn’t feel like mine. I tried everything to feel free. Nothing worked… until I surrendered.
It was the women who saw me — the ones who held mirrors to my soul when I was too afraid to look — who helped me remember who I really am. Their reflection, their love, their medicine… it changed my life.
And now, I offer that same reflection to you.
Today, Coco & Stone lives and breathes as a sanctuary for devotional bodywork, health coaching, 1:1 massage training, heart-led business mentoring, and ceremonial spaces that honour the full spectrum of your womanhood. I teach, I hold, I guide — but more than anything, I walk with you as you return to the woman you were always meant to be.

Hello Beautiful, I'm Natalie!
Devotional Bodyworker, HOLISTIC HAIRDRESSER, Intuitive Guide & Space Holder for Women’s Healing
My journey began in 2008, when I stepped into the world of hairdressing — not because it was my passion, but because I never quite fit into the traditional path. School didn’t feel right for my sensitive soul. I was restless, intuitive, and quietly searching for something deeper.
I moved through many salons, always feeling everything and everyone around me. The chaos, the unspoken emotions, the heaviness people carried — I felt it all. My empathy was overwhelming, and eventually, my body began to break down. I was constantly exhausted, sick, and tangled in emotional energy that didn’t belong to me.
Then one day, something shifted.
While working in a salon, a healer walked in, took my hands, and said gently, “You’re a healer too. You feel what others feel.” I was only 15 — but her words pierced through me like a truth I had always known. And from that moment on, everything began to make sense.
Even as a child, I saw spirits, felt energies, and knew things I couldn’t explain. My intuition had always been with me — I just didn’t have the language or support to understand it.
Over the years, I began to explore my spiritual gifts. I strengthened my clairvoyance, learned to read the body, and studied healing modalities that could support others on their journey back to wholeness. I turned inward, healing my own childhood trauma, and realized that my purpose was to help other women feel safe, seen, and supported.
At 25, I began weaving devotional touch and energetic healing into my offerings. By 29, I had birthed Coco + Stone Wellness— a heart-led business rooted in soul, slowness, and feminine power.
Now, I support women not only through deeply nourishing bodywork, but through mentoring and trainings that awaken the healer within. Whether you’re navigating a personal transformation or feeling called to birth your own soul-led business — I’m here to walk beside you.
My dream is simple:

I suffered from chronic illness all my life and discovered Medical Medium information 10yrs ago. It changed my life! You'll often see wellness advice floating throughout my offerings and Instagram space.
I'm an experienced Hairdresser of 17years!
I was born with psychic and intuitive abilities and have been able to connect with spirits my whole life. I used to offer readings and reiki sessions!
I love to read romance books and am deeply connected to my eros and sacred feminine essence which led me to my Bodywork practices.
I love learning about history, and I love op shopping. I think there's something so beautiful in loving something old. Everything and everyone has a story! I love incorporating all I've experienced and learnt over the years into my work.
I believe we are all born with a profound purpose to change the world. I believe we heal by discovering that purpose and strengthening our connection to God. Healing is available to us all.
It is your God given right.
my passion for bodywork...
It all started since..
I was a child, I always felt a deep and quiet reverence for the body. I remember moments where placing my hand on someone’s shoulder or brushing a strand of hair from their face felt like more than just a gesture — it felt like a sacred offering. I didn’t have the words then, but I could feel the language of the body… the unspoken stories it held, the emotions it whispered, the healing that could happen through safe, loving touch.
Touch, for me, has always been devotional — an act of presence, of witnessing, of deep care.
As I grew, I began to understand that this wasn’t something everyone experienced in the same way. For me, bodies have always been holy — deserving of honor, softness, and attunement. I could sense where energy needed to move, where tenderness needed to land, and how healing could unfurl when someone felt truly met, skin to skin, soul to soul.
Now, my passion has deepened into a clear purpose:
To support women in coming home to their bodies — not just as vessels, but as sacred temples of wisdom, power, and truth.
Through bodywork, I offer more than technique — I offer presence. I offer the remembering. I create spaces where women can feel held, softened, and safe enough to unravel. I guide them into the places where they’ve been bracing, hiding, or numbing, and I invite those parts to be met with love.
This work is a prayer for me.
A way to restore reverence to the body, especially in a world that often asks us to disconnect from it.
It’s how I honor the feminine — not just in others, but within myself.
