The Coco + Stone Method™ is my signature approach to creating intentional, sensory-rich and deeply considered client experiences.
Born from my years working across hairdressing, massage, beauty and holistic wellness, this method brings together the art of touch, the five senses, nervous system awareness, meaningful rituals and genuine human connection.
It's about looking beyond the technical service and becoming more intentional with everything that surrounds it.

WHY I CREATED THE METHOD
Born from experience. Created with devotion.
I began my hairdressing journey in 2008, drawn to the creativity of working with my hands and the connection that naturally came through caring for others.
Over the years, my work evolved beyond hairdressing and into massage, bodywork, energy work and holistic healing.
And somewhere along that journey, I began to realise something.
The most memorable part of a treatment wasn't always the technique itself.
It was the way someone felt in my care.
The moments of stillness.
The warmth of a welcome.
The way touch could communicate presence.
The small details that helped someone feel comfortable enough to truly slow down.
I began weaving these elements into my own services, creating experiences that felt more intentional, nurturing and aligned with the way I wanted to work.
And eventually, I knew I wanted to teach other practitioners how to do the
same.
The Coco + Stone Method™ was born from a desire to bring more intention, humanity and artistry back into our industries.
Not by asking practitioners to abandon everything they've learnt.
But by helping them see the extraordinary potential within what they already offer.
